What is it?
The Idea Greenhouse is a membership-based 2,400 square foot office facility for professionals looking for an easy, affordable, and flexible place to work & meet in the Seacoast region.
Our members share office & events space, high speed internet, office equipment, and their collective creative energy in a friendly, productive environment.
Who uses it?
Our members work in many different industries and job categories, including:
- Freelancers/Consultants, many in the web/technology space
- Web-based entrepreneurs running small businesses
- Knowledge workers telecommuting for bigger companies
- Graphic & Web Designers
- Independent Marketers
- UNH-related technology startups
- Clean Tech startups and consultants
What type of workspace is available?
We offer a range of options to meet your needs and budget, in two categories:
Dedicated Space, where members have space for their exclusive use on a month-to-month or longer lease basis. Options include:
Small Office (Prices & More Info)
Cube Space- approx. 6' x 7' (Prices & More Info)
Desk Space- approx. 3' x 15'(Prices & More Info)
"Drop In" Space, where members use any available seat in a designated area, but do not have any particular space for their dedicated use.
This style of working is often refered to as "coworking" and is a way for small business and web-based employees to work out of the house but not have the higher cost of a long-term lease for office space.

How much does it cost to belong?
Memberships begin at $25/month for students and $49/mo for individual members. Dedicated space begins at $125/month for a desk space.
Can I try before I buy?
Of course! We want you to feel comfortable with the space before you make any finiancial committment. Coworking is not for everyone, and not everyone is right for the Idea Greenhouse. Be in touch for a free day pass.
How can I benefit from belonging to this community?
You'll find much more value to being an IGH member than simply a chair, a desk, and fast internet.
Our membership is a community of creative, entrepreneurial people who want to interact, collaborate, and enjoy each other's success and great ideas in a fun, energetic, and positive environment.
