Space Benefits

The 1,600 square feet IGH Durham location has many different space options to fill your meeting and event needs. As a Business Member, you will receive:

Evening Large Event Space for up to 50 (1x)

Want to host an evening talk, panel discussion, or launch party? Each Business Member can use our large event space once a year for a large event. This includes use of the kitchen and on-site catering tools, chairs, multi-media capabilities, and access to select IGH-affiliated caterers who may discount their services.

Need to hold a second large event? Business Members get a 20% discount!

Note: Events must be in the evening (after 5pm)

Daytime or Evening Meeting Space for up to 15 (2x)

Need to hold a seminar, training, talk, or other small meeting for up to 20 people? Each Business Member gets access to our semi-private large meeting space twice a year for a four hour block. Includes access to our kitchen, multi-media capabilities, and select IGH-affiliated caterers who may discount their services.

Need to hold a second large event? Business Members get a 20% discount!

Private Conference Room Space for 8 (10 hours a month)

Business Members have daytime (8am to 6pm) access to our private conference room for up to 10 hours a month. Members will need to book the conference room in advance in 30 minute blocks using the IGH online reservation system.

Individual "Drop In" Access

Each Business Member receives two "Drop In" Memberships that allow use of the open space during regular business hours.

Marketing Benefits

Business Members looking for each the Idea Greenhouse audience are entitled to a number of marketing opportunities, including:

Online Presence

- logo/badge linked to your website rotating on IGH website

- mentions and thank yous in IGH Tweets, Posts, email newsletters, blog, etc

- promotion of your news, products, successes, people, and anything interesting via our channels

In-Space Presence

Your Business Membership includes a small space within the IGH Durham location to leave materials and promote your business. (Details TBA.)

Event Sponsorship

Each Business Member will be offered two IGH events to sponsor. Your logo will accompany any/all promotion of the event across all marketing channels. During the event, you will be able to speak and quickly highlight your business, and will receive special mention & thanks from the host.

Your IGH-located Events Promoted

When making use of your space usage options (above) IGH will promote your event to our larger audience upon your request.

Your Business Membership includes access for two to all IGH-sponsored events.

Need an intern or student worker? Meet and try out top student talent with low risk and no cost. (Details TBA.)
