Idea Greenhouse is proud to announce a new partnership with New Hampshire's "Business Lawyers for Entrepreneurs®," Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson (CLRM).
For the past year or so, we've been getting to know Matt Benson, a CLRM attorney with an expertise in startup financing. Matt is a frequent presenter and organizer of events for tech startups, including the NH High Tech Council Entrepreneurs Forum & Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as presenting for the Green Launching Pad.
Matt recently approached IGH about partnering for a series of learning opportunities and programs at IGH being planned for this summer and fall.
CLRM is also an official member and business sponsor of the Idea Greenhouse.
Open Office Hours with CLRM Attorneys
From 12-2pm this coming Thursday, June 28th, CLRM attorneys will hold open office hours at Idea Greenhouse in Durham. They will be encouraging and moderating general discussions about business issues of interest to startups and other entrepreneurs, the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Durham, and New Hampshire generally.*
These sessions will allow an entrepreneur or small business owner to learn about a wide range of business issues, including incorporation, partnerships, real estate transactions, human resource & hiring, protecting intellectual property, and beyond.
While the office hours are open to anyone, pre-registration is required.
Visit www.ideagreenhouse.biz/cooklittle to register.
Come meet the CLRM team this week, or stay tuned for the July open office hours date TBA!
